1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We arrange shipping/delivery on all orders at the rates as per our website to any address within South Africa and all major cities around the world(see note below). However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas. We charge a flat shipping fee of R250 per order for all orders shipped in South Africa. Should your order be larger than normal and thus increase the shipping cost, we will contact you for an arrangement.

All our orders are sent via Economy freight via a 3rd party courier.
2. ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and link to the tracking site. Delivery takes 2-5 business days but because we use a 3rd party courier service, we are reliant on their time schedule and the above time frame is an estimate only. Should you feel that your delivery is taking too long, you are more than welcome to contact us or the courier to get an update on the progress.
3. INSURANCE
Our parcels are insured by the courier for up to R3000.00 per shipment. Should you require more insurance, please contact us so we may acquire a quote from the courier for you. Please note: in the event of loss or damage while in transit, the claim for said damages must be initiated by the client against the courier and not against Dirk Theron Photography and tours. Should you choose not to increase the insurance amount before shipping, any shortfall will not be covered by either us or the courier.
